Tetra AlgoStop depot* is particularly suitable for medium and large aquariums from 40l. Due to the depot formula, the active ingredient is released slowly and ensures a long-term effect.

• The long-lasting, high-dose active ingredient is released slowly and is available in the water for around 4 weeks
• Suitable all aquarium inhabitants, plants and micro organisms if used as instructed
• For aquariums up to 40l use Tetra Algetten
• For all freshwater aquariums

When using this product, the aquarium needs to be aerated, for example using a aquarium air pump, to ensure a sufficient oxygen supply. Dead algae should preferably be removed mechanically, with a net, so that they do not have a negative impact on the water quality. After treatment, to prevent new algae growth in the long term, the algae nutrients phosphate and nitrate should be reduced, e.g. with Tetra EasyBalance. To tackle acute cases of algae, special anti-algae agents which release their active ingredient quickly can also be used, such as Tetra AlguMin* or Tetra Algizit*.
