Tetra Algizit* provides rapid relief from even the most stubborn algae outbreaks in freshwater aquariums, tackling green, brown and red algae as well as challenging brush and beard varieties. Gentle on fish, plants and beneficial microorganisms when used as directed.

Simply add one tablet per 20 L of aquarium water and place it in an area with good water movement to ensure optimum distribution. Repeat after two weeks if needed, and maintain aeration while suspending activated carbon filtration, UV clarification and water changes during treatment. Remove dead algae mechanically to preserve water quality, and follow up with nutrient control - reducing phosphate and nitrate values with Tetra EasyBalance - to prevent future outbreaks. For ongoing prevention in small aquariums, consider Tetra Algetten*, or for larger setups, Tetra AlgoStop depot*. Always keep the product away from direct sunlight.
