Beaphar Duo Malt Paste 2 in1 100g

Beaphar Duo-Malt Pasta Anti Hairball – a complementary feed for cats to help prevent the formation of hairballs in the digestive tract. Consists of two components.

Phase 1 (dark brown): contains a particularly high amount of malt, which helps prevent the formation of hairballs in the cat’s stomach and coats ingested hair with a slippery layer. Caramel has been added to this component of the paste to further enhance the effect of the malt and improve palatability.

Phase 2 (light brown): in addition to malt, contains BIO-MOS®. BIO-MOS is a natural component derived from selected yeast cells that actively stimulate the development of a healthy intestinal microflora in cats. A healthy intestinal microflora ensures better digestion of food, enhances the animal’s natural resistance, and reduces the negative impact of harmful bacteria in the intestines.

Composition: oils and fats, milk and dairy products, derivatives of vegetable origin (malt extract 11.9%), yeast.

Analytical constituents: moisture 3.3%; protein 12.0%; ash 3.1%; fat 51.6%; crude fibre 0.1%; calcium 0.4%; phosphorus 0.3%; potassium 0.5%; sodium 0.2%.

Additives: emulsifier E-471/E-322; colourant E-150; MOS (mannan-oligosaccharide) 10,000 mg/kg; antioxidant E-321.

Directions for use: Long-haired cats: administer 6 cm of paste daily, either mixed with food or directly from the tube. Short-haired cats: administer 4 cm of paste daily, either mixed with food or directly from the tube.
