Tetra SafeStart Bacteria 100ml

Tetra SafeStart enables you to introduce tropical fish into a new aquarium straight away, without the usual running-in phase. Its unique mix of living bacteria creates a safe and biologically active environment, acting as a fast and effective “aquarium starter”.

Application is simple: Shake the bottle well before use and add 5 ml of Tetra SafeStart per 6 L of aquarium water. The recommended minimum water temperature for the application is 20 °C. A moderate number of fish can then be introduced, and feeding should be limited during the first two weeks, for example with TetraMin. Always apply Tetra AquaSafe to neutralise harmful substances like chlorine, copper and others often contained in tap water. For best results, Tetra SafeStart should be stored at room temperature, ideally at around 8 °C. Avoid exposing the product to temperatures above 30 °C or below 2 °C to preserve the effectiveness of the living bacteria.
