I. PAYMENT METHODS
I-1. PAYMENT GATEWAY:
You will be redirected from the e-shop directly to the pre-filled payment order on the payment portal!

ATTENTION!
- In the case of a successful payment, a payment confirmation will be sent immediately
- Orders paid via payment gateway go straight to the processing queue
- In the event of a payment failure, an automatic reminder with a new payment link will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the order.
I-2. PAYMENT METHODS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Gift card: It is not possible to use the money loaded to the gift card when ordering online.
Loyalty card: The loyalty card discount cannot be applied when ordering online.
Cash payments: It is not possible to pay cash on delivery (COD) for orders.
NB! Orders will be processed and shipped ONLY after 100% prepayment has been received and verified!
II. SHIPPING
II-1. GENERAL TERMS
Goods are delivered within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland.
It may take up to 3 working days from receipt of payment to prepare the order for dispatch.
Zoomaailm is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service provider in delivering the goods to the buyer.
The cost of delivery depends on the destination, the service provider, the volume and the weight of the order.
The price is calculated on checkout.
If, due to circumstances beyond your control, it is not possible to deliver the order (wrong mobile number stated in the order / the number stated does not match / no one to meet the courier at the destination) - we have the right to cancel the order and deduct the cost of transport from the refund!
II-2. SHIPPING WITHIN ESTONIA
Orders over 39 € will be delivered FREE of charge within Estonia*!
(* Excludes large orders (more than 60x60x36cm) and heavy orders (more than 30 KG).)

Orders up to: 355 x 355 x 590 mm / 500 g
If you have added goods to your shopping cart that exceed the above limits - the system will automatically close the option to choose the parcel locker service!

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER IN A ZOOMAAILM STORE
Pick-up from the store is FREE of charge, regardless of the price, volume and weight of the order.
ATTENTION!
- Orders placed before 08:00 on Tuesday morning will be ready for collection on Thursday.
- Orders placed after 08:00 on Tuesday will not arrive until Thursday on the following week.
Exceptions are very large and heavy goods (aquariums, terrariums) for which transport times may vary.
- You will receive an SMS notification once the order has arrived in the store and is ready for pickup.
Notification SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number provided in the order.
- The order will be held for 14 days, counting from the notification SMS. Orders that are not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the bank account that was used to pay for the order.
